I spent three summer days spinning and sipping through Palisade, Colorado’s wine country. It was a great opportunity to ride through some of America’s most beautiful landscape, sandwiched between the Book Cliff Mountains and Grand Mesa, and taste terrific wine while chatting with winemakers.
